Overview: The House of Sforza was a ruling family of Renaissance Italy, based in Milan. Founded in 1411 they ruled over Milan for over a century. Sforza meaning “force” in Italian gives this typically Northern Italian, Milanese style coffee its name and reputation.
The careful blending of coffees from the Americas and Asia gives this coffee its punch without having to high roast the coffee, thus maintaining its berry sweetness.
Profile: Thick crema, balanced acidity with a berry sweetness and caramel finish. Perfect with milk.
